Welcome to FlowFoundry. We build high-performance, premium integration and productivity apps natively for the Freshworks Marketplace (including Freshdesk and Freshservice). Your trust and the privacy of your data are fundamental to our mission.

1. Data Minimization & Privacy-First Architecture

Our applications are designed on a foundational principle: we do not host, store, or own your support tickets, customer details, or credentials on external servers.

Local & Serverless Processing: All data retrieval, parsing, and modification are executed directly client-side within your browser session or through the secure serverless environment provided natively by the Freshworks Developer Platform.
No External Storage: We do not operate external databases to store operational data from your ticket logs, contact lists, or app configurations. All configurations are securely stored within your local Freshworks tenant database (using the native $db feature).

2. Data Collection & Usage

While utilizing our services, the following minimal data types are processed:

Account Metadata: Basic subscription details and licensing tokens provided by Freshworks to verify your billing status.
Application Log Data: Error logs and transaction states are managed locally in your Freshworks environment. In the event of support queries, we may request you to share logs manually. We do not automatically collect logs externally.
Bulk Import Files: In tools like our Bulk Ticket Creator, CSV or Excel files are parsed securely inside your browser. No file contents are uploaded to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services and APIs

Our apps may configure and interface with third-party APIs (such as OpenAI for AI workflows or specific CRM connectors) to deliver key features:

These connections are initiated directly from your Freshworks account using API keys or credentials securely configured by your administrator.
Your data is governed by the terms of those configured third parties. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy agreements.

4. GDPR & International Data Compliance

As a verified partner, we ensure our applications respect GDPR principles:

Data Portability & Deletion: Since all operational data is stored locally in your Freshworks tenant, you can view, export, or delete this data directly through the Freshworks Admin panel.
Data Processing: FlowFoundry acts solely as a software provider. Your organization remains the Data Controller, and Freshworks remains the primary Data Processor.

5. Cookies & Site Analytics

Our promotional website (flowfoundry.in) uses minimal, standard analytical tracking to measure traffic and optimize site performance. We do not sell user traffic data or deploy tracking cookies across third-party websites.

6. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements in our app capabilities or compliance requirements. Any revisions will be marked with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
